While these pans have a sturdy feel, they're not difficult to handle. The handles, themselves, stay nice and cool while the pans heat--which I really enjoyed! And, the handles are ergonomically designed, so I didn't feel like I was straining my wrist while lifting a full pan.

What amazes me most about these pans is that you never have to use high heat (you can always cook on low or medium). The pans conduct heat so well that you'll never have to turn your knob all the way.
