Barbecue Pita
Pita pockets are a fun take on the standard pulled pork sandwich. After the slow cooker does the work, they come together in just minutes. This Barbecue Pita recipe is a great weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 4 pounds Byron's fully cooked BBQ pork
- 12 pita pockets
- leaf lettuce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Heat BBQ tray according to package instructions. Alternatively, place thawed product in slow-cooker and heat on high for 4 hours.

Cut pita pockets in half. Place leaf lettuce in each pocket.

Spoon hot BBQ into each pita pocket half. Serve and enjoy.
