Joseph Joseph Index Steel Cutting Board Set

The Joseph Joseph Index Steel Cutting Board Set is a unique set of four cutting boards. Each is designed with a specific food in mind, and is marked as such with a cute graphic at the top of the board. They all fit neatly in a modern, steel, holder. 



Each board is simple to identify thanks to a bold color. The red board is designed for raw meat, the white board is designed for cooked foods, the blue board is designed for fish, and the green board is best for veggies. In addition to the color coding, there are actual "tabs" at the top of each board with a fun cartoon picturing what they are best used for. The tabs also have an easy to grip material so you can quickly grab a board.



The boards are designed with some small, but key features. They all have non-slip feet so you don't have to worry about them sliding on the countertop. The material of the board is easy to cut on, and good on your knives. I love that you can put them in the dishwasher after using them, too. 



Each of the boards is great for the specified task. The red board has a groove for collecting juice as you prepare meat, while the white board has even larger grooves for collecting juice and crumbs as you slice cooked food. The blue board is a favorite because of the unique grip area for holding fish while you prep or filet it. The green board has an incline that collects food and veggie juice as you chop, dice, or mince. 



All four boards are contained in a slim, steel holder. It is perfect for keeping on the counter or even in a cabinet. I love how it completes the set and truly makes it a great purchase!
