Ingredients
- Half of a 1- to 1.5-pound flank steak
- salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 clove garlic, minced or 1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
- 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, or bottle lemon juice
- 3/4 cup dry red wine
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
Instructions

Insert plastic slow cooker liner bag into slow cooker.

Add flank steak to the bottom of the liner. Season with salt and pepper.

Stir together red pepper flakes, garlic, lemon juice, and red wine in a small bowl.

Pour over steak.

Top steak with rosemary.

Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours.
