Do you use dry or wet mustard to get the flavor you are looking for in your dish? I like how simple you made this recipe. I mean, there is literally few places where you can mess this dish up. I love the addition of the worcestershire because it adds a deep, rich taste to the meat that you would not get otherwise. The hint of garlic is special too.
