Ingredients
- 5 eggs, well beaten
- 2 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- Optional: extra cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese

Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker.

If using frozen broccoli, thaw florets under running water, then dry with paper towel. For fresh broccoli, blanche beforehand.
Beat eggs with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Then mix broccoli and cheddar cheese into the egg mixture. -
Pour combined egg mixture into slow cooker. Slow cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-3 1/2 hours.

Add chopped green onions and extra cheese to the top of your quiche. Then let cook on low for another 20-30 minutes.
