Cranberry Apple Crumble

- 3 Fuji apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 Granny Smith Apples, peeled and sliced
- 8 ounce cranberries
- 3/4 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 3 tablespoon sugar in the raw
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon corn starch
- Crumble
- 2/3 cup gluten-free Bisquick (substitute regular Bisquick if you're not gluten free)
- 2/3 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup sugar in the raw
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 tablespoon cold butter, sliced

Line your crock with a PanSaver Slow Cooker Liner. Pour the sliced apples and cranberries into the bottom of your crock. Place the apple pie spice, sugar in the raw, lemon juice, and corn starch over the top and stir well.

In a bowl, mix together the Bisquick, quick cooking oats, sugar in the raw, kosher salt, and cinnamon. Place the sliced butter pieces into your mixture and work the butter through with your hands until it forms a crumble. Pour this on top of the apple/cranberry mixture.

Cook on LOW for 1.5 to 3 hours. If you begin to accumulate a lot of moisture under the lid of your slow cooker, place a few sheets of paper towel under the lid. Serve alone or over some vanilla ice cream.
