Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 24 ounce dried prunes (about 4 cups)
- 7 ounce mixed dried fruits (about 1/1/2 cups)
- 6 ounce dried apricots (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 4 cup V8 V-Fusion® Pomegranate Blueberry
- 1 cup white zinfandel wine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
