It's got garlic and chili powders, plus ginger, so this is a nice touch. I would most likely chose to serve this delicious chicken with a nice jasmine rice and some steamed broccoli with lemon as well. I could easily double this recipe and keep the extra in the fridge for lunch at home every day!
