- 1 (10-1/2-ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Chicken Broth
- 1 (18-ounce) jar apricot preserves
- 1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 2 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1 (4-pound) boneless pork loin roast
