- 2 (10-1/2-ounce) cans Campbell's Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 2 pound boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick (about 8 chops)
- 2 large onions, sliced (about 2 cups)
- 2 medium Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced (about 2 cups)
Instructions

Stir the soup, water, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire and thyme in a 4-quart slow cooker.

Add the pork and onions. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or until the pork is cooked through.
