Have you ever tried the smoked provolone on this sandwich? OMG. The flavor is amazing. I bet this will be the perfect lunch or dinner item on those days when you just want something hearty and tasty to chase away the cold temperatures, snow, ice, and gloomy weather. Great idea!

We love french dips. We make them with any leftover beef pot roast, made with Progresso french onion soup, beef stock. Use any fairly firm roll, spread a little horseradish cream on the bun. Strain broth and serve for dip. Also use the leftover pot roast beef, potatoes, carrots, etc. to make a beef veggie soup. Add other veggies as you like. Use V8 in place of the tomato juice for better flavor.
