Slow Cooker Sweet And Sour Shrimp
Slow Cooker Sweet And Sour Shrimp is one of the best seafood recipes you can make, because you can prepare it and then leave it to cook while you get other tasks done. This easy shrimp recipe is flavored with pineapple and soy sauce. Cider vinegar adds a sour taste that offsets the sweetness of pineapple juice and sugar. This slow cooker seafood recipe uses shrimp and peas, but feel free to add in broccoli or carrots. Serve the cooked shrimp over a bed of hot rice.

CANS of shrimp? I want easy, a recipe I can throw together and go to work while it cooks, but canned shrimp.

Since the recipe calls for the two cans of shrimp to be rinsed and drained, you can probably substitute the same amount of frozen shrimp (thawed) or fresh shrimp. The recipe looks a bit old so that may be why it calls for canned shrimp.
