- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoon butter, cut into 1/8-inch pieces
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup milk, warmed
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except milk in slow cooker; toss to combine.
- Cover; cook on LOW 7 hours or on HIGH 4 hours.
- Add milk to potatoes.
