Ingredients
- 1 packet Prohibition Spice Moonshiner Sausage Seasoning
- 3 pound pork shoulder
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 potato, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions

Cut pork into bite-sized cubes.

Place in a large bowl, add oil and seasoning and mix until meat is evenly coated.

Brown pork in a skillet over high heat for around 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Pour contents of skillet into your crock pot. Scrape up any brown bits and add to crock pot too.

Add potato, onion, tomatoes, carrots and broth to crock pot and stir.
