I love just about anything that is seasoned with paprika, and this recipe takes the cake! The rich color of the sauce and the warm aroma while it is cooking brings back memories of some of the old - country recipes that my German grandmother used to make. Paprika has been found to have amazing health benefits too, like being rich in vitamin E for hair, skin, and nails. A win - win!
