Teriyaki Pineapple Pork Stew

This slow cooker pineapple pork recipe uses fresh bell pepper and teriyaki sauce to create a delicious Hawaiian-style recipe to die for. Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 slice carrots
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained, reserving juice
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions

  1. Brown pork cubes in a hot skillet.

  2. Mix pork, carrots, broth and teriyaki sauce into your slow cooker; cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.

  3. Mix cornstarch with reserved pineapple juice; stir into pork mixture.

  4. Stir in pineapple juice and green pepper.

  5. Cover and cook on high for 15 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.

  6. Serve with hot cooked brown rice and bread sticks.
