The Ohuhu Garlic Press is a stainless steel design that minces clove after clove of garlic. Simply pop a clove of garlic in the press, peel still intact, and press. With a light amount of pressure, the garlic is pressed though the tool.
I like this garlic press because it is straightforward and does a great job. No need to peel any cloves before pressing them, the tool does all the work for you. It doesn't have unnecessary components to get in the way and complicate using it. The full clove, minus the peel, glides through the press with ease. This is important especially if you are mincing many cloves.
The 360 degree rotation of all the parts also allows you to easily clean all the small grooves with ease. This can be a troublesome task with some other garlic presses, but it is kept simple with this model. A hot water rinse will remove most of the mess for you. This staple kitchen tool is a must-have for any kitchen whether you cook regularly or only for special occasions.
