I enjoy spinach artichoke dip, for sure. I would say to those of you who are trying to cut back on fat, please don't do that when making this recipe. It needs that full fat cream cheese and full fat mozzarella. You may want to double this as it'll probably be gone within minutes!

Spinach Artichoke dip is something I have never made. For some reason, it reeked of difficult to me, so I just buy it. Seeing this recipe, makes me realize it is not really so difficult. I have printed this recipe to give it a try. Has anyone ever made this? Your thoughts?
