I would never thing to use sloppy joes and cream cheese together. Where did you come up with the idea? I like that you take a classic and put a unique twist on it to create a new dish that only resembles the other in name. What a neat idea and creative use of ingredients.

Interesting with the secret ingredient... cream cheese! I think your guests won't be able to put their finger on it. THey'll just know that it tastes so good! It will take at least a full 8 hours for the roast, though. Then your shredding process and combining your sauce in there. And assembling the quesadilla, as well. Better get this one started first thing in the morning.
