What is the difference between the white wine and the white wine vinegar? Can I just add the total amount of one or the other in the dish? I like that you use molasses and peanut butter in this recipe. My daughter is allergic to tree nuts, so dishes with walnuts, almonds, and pecans are off the menu or need substitutes.
