iS IT A GLITCH OR AM i JUST MISSING THE save recipe button?

What is Italian mix giardiniera? I know you said it is optional, but I was wondering if it was a mix of spices that I already had in the cupboard or could mix up some way. I think this sounds like a spicy dish when you want something different and definitely not bland.

I guess I live under a rock, I've never heard of a Mississippi Roast, or a 3 envelope roast. I haven't made a roast in a while since they all started to taste the same and became boring. This sounds great, and the gravy looks amazing. This recipe is saved! 5 stars for originality, I'll have to edit/update once I make it.

My daughter makes the Mississippi mud roast all the time for her dad and her kids with the packet of ranch dressing,butter.package of au jus, and pepperoncini and it is always a great big hit and so good. I like this twist on the roast. I must try this Zesty Roast with coca cola and see how this one taste.two different recipes and so easy to make. Any special coco cola you need to use?
