Normally, I would not choose to cook with a bag of frozen vegetables. That's usually a last resort for me. But for a dish such as this one, I welcome the frozen veggies and the biscuit dough. Who wanst to be spending MORE time in the kitchen the day after? Not me. This is a straightforward, clear cut recipe for a classic "pot pie" or dumpling dinner!
