As I was reading this recipe, my youngest son looked over my shoulder and said that looks good. I guess that means I will have to make this chicken casserole! I do enjoy a good enchilada, so I guess I am happy he thinks it looks good also, since he is my pickiest eater!

This is a great chicken casserole! I made it this week and we loved it. It was so easy and made great leftovers. I served it over nacho chips and topped it with lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos, and sour cream. The next day reheated I it by itself, It was delicious!!
