With so many reviews about how crispy and juicy this chicken turns out, I am sure going to have to try it and see for myself. I love fried chicken, but hate to cook it so this works very well for me. Thanks for sharing an easy way to fry chicken without the pain!

I made this today. I used my own seasonings. I cooked it on low from 9:15 am till 3:30 pm. It browned very nicely, fell off the bone and was crispy. I think it's an awsome way to make perfect fried chicken without all the grease splatering!

Well, if the previous reviewers read the blog assiciated with the recipe you would see that she didn't give it rave reviews either and suggested some changes to the recipe. I read Stephanie O'Dea's blogs and recipes often and she occasionally says the recipes weren't that great and she'd never make them again.

a huge disapointment .. flabby and soggy. Not bad for cooked to death chicken, but if you're expecting "fried" youre in for a letdown. wont be cooking this again

i was wondering how they could be crisp like fried chicken. I see most l;ikely they won't be. Although the recipes make it sound like it woultaste good, it dose not look good, ;-(
