Clean Out the Pantry Slow Cooker Chili is one of those slow cooker chili recipes you can whip up without a trip to the grocery store--you likely have all the ingredients already sitting in your pantry! This hearty chili includes three types of beans, onion, garlic, tomatoes and more.
Slow Cooker Time LOW10 hr
Ingredients
- 2 (6-ounce) cans tomato paste
- 3 cans of beans, drained and rinsed (garbanzo, white kidney and black beans)
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 chopped yellow onion
- 2 cloves chopped or minced garlic
- 2 cups broth (author used chicken; vegetable would work too)
- 2 tablespoons (heaping) sliced jalapenos from a jar or can
Instructions

Open cans. Rinse the beans, and dump them into the slow cooker.

Add tomato paste, Italian seasoning, onion, garlic, broth, and jalapenos.

Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
