Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground beef
- 1 (29-ounce) can of tomato sauce
- 2 (15-1/2-ounce) cans of kidney beans
- 2 (15-1/2-ounce) cans of pinto beans
- 2 (28-ounce) cans of tomatoes and chiles
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Over medium heat, brown ground beef in a skillet. Crumble the ground beef while cooking. Drain off fat once browned.

Add browned ground beef to large slow cooker. Combine all of the other ingredients and stir. Set slow cooker on low for 8 hours.
