I found the recipe in the middle of the page when I clicked on it. Do you think I can use Stevia or another sugar substitute in this recipe? I love apple butter, and if I can make this much all at once, I can give it to my parents and siblings along with friends and neighbors. I can see using this for a ton of fall gifts.
