Do you use the quick cooking oats or the old fashioned kind in your recipe? I think this dessert sounds amazing! I am so happy that you chose to use peaches instead of apple. No one ever gives the peach enough credit when it comes to crisps and pies. I think this will be a huge hit in my house.
