Crockpot fajitas? Yes, PLEASE!! These look so good, and I have the best fajita seasoning to use to make them! With the 8 hour time frame, these would be perfect for any weeknight in my house, since we have tons of activities in the fall and are always looking for easy crockpot recipes that we can eat almost as soon as we get home! Thank you for the amazing recipe!

This recipe is delicious. There is also a wonderful smell that travels through the house with this meal. I think I may try this with steak. Has anyone ever tried this with beef? I think it may be really good, but I wasn't sure. So I thought I would see if anyone has tried it yet.

I want to try this recipe. Is the coriander essential to this dish? I never use it for anything, I would hate to buy it for one dish. I was hoping it would still make a great fajita, but I do not know how that spice affects the flavor. Thanks for putting up this easy recipe, I love fajitas but want an easier way to make them.
