Could I make this dish with boneless pork loin chops instead of the bone-in pork chops? My family just prefers when I cook the chops without the bone. Plus, I stock up on whole pork loins when they go on sale, and we just cut them down into roasts and chops when we get home. We use them a lot for stir-fry too.
