You can't make it any easier than to use pork loin, can you? I love recipes that use the whole loin like yours. I want to make this for my kids this weekend. I already know the hubby will like it, but the kids are my finicky eaters sometimes. I want to see what they think of roast that is seared and browned instead of one that is not breaded like I normally serve. Thank you for you a different approach to pork loin!
