Do you ever pull the gravy out and thicken it on the stove to make dinner faster? I am not sure I can wait the extra 30 minutes to get the gravy thick. I am so impatient when it comes to a good pork dish. Pork roast is my favorite dish in the whole world, so there is a good chance I will be into this meal before the gravy gets thick.

This is one of those timeless, no fail recipes. Easy to make, delicious to eat. It reeks of comfort from first bite to last. Our kids love it, we love it...and the dog never gets a bite..lol. In my experience, the slower it cooks the better it is. This recipe also makes for plenty of gravy. Perfect comfort food and perfect church lady recipe!
