Do you like to leave the peels on your potatoes when you make this dish? We love to use the peels. I know it cooks most of the nutrients out when they are cooking for so long, but you have to get more than without the peel, right? I can't wait to try this dish, it sounds so awesome. I love au gratin potatoes.
