This fajita soup recipe looks so cheesy and flavorful, that it could easily be mistaken for a dip at a party! The spoons can take a rest with this one! just give me a fresh bag of blue corn tortilla chips for scooping and I'm all set! I would add ALL of the optional toppings listed. I have had tortilla soups and taco soups before, but I never thought of making a fajita soup. What a great suggestion!
