It is still quite chilly here in Michigan, so I am planning on making this soup this week. It looks so hearty and satisfying! I always keep a bag of frozen tortellini on hand for a quick weeknight meal, but I don't care for those frozen meatballs. Much too salty. Instead, when I make homemade spaghetti and meatballs, I make a big double batch and store half in the freezer (without sauce) for a quick fix.
