I am a huge lover of broccoli cheese soup, but my six year old son hates any sort of vegetable that is green. In that sense, I think that this cauliflower version would be ideal for our family! It still has the nutrition of it's green cruciferous cousin, yet due to it's white color, mild flavor, and the fact that it is blended in, makes for a great disguise. I'll just tell him that it's cheese soup!
