This is such a hearty and flavoursome recipe. It's packed full or healthy beans and butternut squash with a delicious tomato sauce. I'd probably make the dumplings with wholemeal flour to make it even healthier. It's just the kind of meal you'd love to come home to on a cold night. I'm really looking forward to cooking this.
