Sloppy joes are always a standard at our big family summer parties, since they are inexpensive in large quantities and the slow cooker is fairly easy to transport. I plan to bring this vegetarian recipe to serve alongside the traditional ground beef version. Vegetarians and those trying to eat more healthfully should have an option too!

I love sloppy joes but I don't think I've tried a vegetarian version. And this is made in the slow cooker? Sign me up!
