I read the recipe, also and want to try it. However, I would make changes. Cream of onion soup for the cream of potato, beef broth for the chicken broth, some of Mrs.Dash table blend and salt & pepper to taste. Gonna try this over the weekend.

I don't see how you can say this is magnificent when the person who posted the recipe clearly says her family didn't like it much and she would not make it again. Magnificent? I don't think so.
