The Knife Glider is the ultimate tool to make cutting, chopping, and mincing, both easier and safer. The guard keeps your fingers far from the sharp knife's blade.  The Knife Glider is simple to use and will make cooking less stressful.

I can't even count the amount of times I have hurt myself while using a knife in the kitchen. The Knife Glider ensures your fingers stay safe while you prep all of your ingredients. I tried using it with carrots, peppers, and to break down an onion. I found it works best with vegetables like carrots.

The kitchen tool has a smart design that makes it useable for right and left-handed people. It also has slots on either side of the glider to scrape food off the knife. This makes it so you never have to go near the knife's blade. It is also collapsible so it takes up hardly any space in your kitchen drawers.

The Knife Glider comes with two incredibly handy attachments: a meat attachment and a peeling attachment. The meat attachment has tines to hold down meat while you carve and slice it. I really love the vegetable peeling attachment.  Three prongs hold your carrot, zucchini, or potato so you don't risk scraping your hand.

I feel much safer in the kitchen when I use the Knife Glider. I think it is great for people just learning to cook. I also think people who want to cook with their kids will find this helpful and reassuring when working with sharp knives.
