If you love using whole spices, then the Kyocera Everything Mill will be your favorite new tool. The Kyocera Mill uses their famous ceramic to create a perfect grinding mechanism. The mill is easy to fill and allows you to freshly grind all your favorite spices.
The mill is easy to fill by simply unscrewing the black top from the glass base. I love that the base is made of clear glass because you can clearly tell when the mill needs to be refilled. The grinding mechanism itself works incredibly well and is made of ultra-strong ceramic. A light turn on the top will dispense your spices evenly.
My favorite feature of this mill is the adjustable grinder. It has a great range of settings from ultra-coarse to ultra-fine. The control is right below the top of the mill and is a simple dial to adjust.
I really like using this mill for things like whole coriander and cumin. You can also use it to dispense homemade spice blends and dried herbs. It can also grind wet salt which not all mills are equipped to do.
The mill can hold up to 2/3 of a cup so you will rarely need to fill it. This Everything Mill will work for dispensing all of your spices and it can even go in the dishwasher after you empty it.

I am curious if anyone has tried this and if it holds smells/odors? I have a mortar that I use now and even if I soak it it still smells of the spice last used and I think it flavors the next. It would be great if this didn't do that, that would solve a big issue I have. I am going to give it a try.
