The booklet gives instructions on how to can using both the waterbath method and the pressure canning method. Both methods are easy for anyone to do in a home kitchen. A large, metal canning rack makes lifting the cans out of the pot or pressure cooker simple as can be. 



I really like the look of these jars. While they serve the same purpose as mason jars, they have a more modern look. The lids have a variety of designs that make the jars even more interesting. I especially enjoyed all the "pickled" themed lids. I love that they include additional lids so you can continue to can more items.
