My household is a family of 3, so whenever I cook up a corned beef brisket in my crock pot, I always have a ton of leftovers. This is a great way to give them new life later on in the week! I might even buy some of those garlic rye chips that you would find in your favorite party snack mix, and serve those with it. This dip looks delicious!
