What a great way to make a nice buffalo salad in the crock pot. Do you ever add any vegetables like celery or apples to spice it up? I have a friend that uses green apples to make chicken salad each spring and we love it a bunch. I look forward to it every year.

Wow! I had no idea that making buffalo chicken was so simple. Just the chicken breasts, add cubed up cream cheese and pour over your hot sauce of choice. That is it! It should be done in 2 hours. You could probably shred up the chicken directly in the crock using two forks, instead of taking out the chicken and shredding it on a cutting board. I like this recipe very much! Cannot wait to make this one for myself. I'll spoon it into lettuce leaves.
