My mom uses this exact recipe to make sweet and sour pork on the stove, and it is absolutely one of my favorite dishes. I used to ask her to make it for me all the time, especially for my birthday. It uses fresh ingredients and little spices to give it the flavor that you want.

This is a great recipe to make early Saturday morning. After a full day of housework and errands you will only need to add some veggies and perhaps some french bread. What a great way to end a busy day.

I would eat these any day of the week. It's making me hungry looking at that picture, and it's only 845 in the morning. A great dish for the entire family for those nights where you've got a full schedule and no time or energy to cook. All you do is use FROZEN pre-packaged meatballs and dump all the ingredients in the pot. Make some white rice to serve with it and you are done!
