I am a sucker for meatballs and this recipe is delicious. I do prefer a tomato cream sauce and this is an easy way to make it. I can make the meatballs and put some of them on a nice Italian roll or a delicious lunch. Put some of the sauce on the side and it will be perfect. I prefer to make my own sauce because sometimes store bought is just too salty. Thank you for the recipe.

Do you use any parsley or oregano in your recipe? I know that makes spaghetti sauce flavors, but I think it would go well with this dish. I was surprised at the use of honey, but I think that makes it so much tastier. I guess it gives you more of a sweet taste.
