Do you need to use the eye of round roast, or can you use chuck roast or something like it instead in this dish? I like that you chose to use balsamic vinegar in this recipe because it adds so much flavor to the recipe. I think it gives it much more depth than soy sauce alone, don't you?

Haven't made it...yet so that is the reason for only 1-star! Really like the sound of this recipe BUT it suggests serving with mashed potatoes BUT pic shows it with scalloped 'taters on the plate??????? What's with the "mixed" message?.....lololol
