This looks delicious, and I have almost all the ingredients for it! I think when we go to the store tomorrow night I will get some tater tots, and make this for dinner this week. My husband got a part time job, so I will probably be in charge of dinner more often in the future. This will definitely be on my list of meals to make!

This recipe has a lot of flavor going on! I had all the ingredients on hand except the green beans, so I substituted canned green peas instead. I also added an 8 oz can of mushrooms without the water. Delicious!
