While this looks like a delicious recipe, who has time to wait at least 3 hours in the evening for dinner to be ready? Personally, unless at this point I had my husband make it, we would not eat until after 7 during the week. If I was to make this, it would have to be on the weekend, when I can start it a little earlier and have it done by dinner time.

Did you say creamed corn? I love creamed corn. As soon as I saw the name of the recipe I had to print it out. This is a perfect make ahead dinner. OK it is not low calorie due to all the cheese but you have to indulge once in awhile. Living in Arizona, jalapeos are not that spicy and make a nice addition to anything with corn. I can't wait to make this. Thank you.
